Nutritional information

Good news for our artisans!

Since 13 December 2016, the nutritional declaration set out in the INCO regulation has been mandatory for pre-packaged consumer products. However, greater clarification has been provided regarding the application of this regulation to food made by artisan bakers and pastry chefs.

Annex V of the so-called European “INCO” regulation stipulates that this nutritional declaration requirement is not applicable to “Food, including handcrafted food, directly supplied by the manufacturer of small quantities of products to the final consumer or to local retail establishments directly supplying the final consumer.” This is a real relief, as this regulation would have led to various complications in terms of labelling.

We are able to provide the different nutritional values of our flours sold at the mill. These values were calculated through a professional study and can be used as a basis to calculate the values of your finished products.
